Rxchie Is Returning To Grace The Music Scene

Rapidly rising crooner, Rxchie returns to grace the music scene with new music. Micah Cooper also known under the moniker Rxchie, is quite the inspiration. The former football player switched up his plays before transitioning into music and has been on a rise since.

The Rise of Rxchie

Rxchie was featured in various advertisements, when he was young. For retailers such as Target, Best Buy, and Nike. Also, Cooper studied music and theater at Oakland High School For the Arts.

Born to a father of African and French lineage, and a mother of African and Samoan ancestry. As a child, Rxchie moved around a lot. He’s lived in Samoa, France and Mississippi before settling in California. Growing up in Compton and Oakland, California, Rxchie fell in love with music after watching “The Jacksons: An American Dream.” Shortly after, Cooper began performing in his church choir and local talent contests at an early age, having taught himself to sing and dance.

Rxchie and The Launch Of His Entertainment Career

Things weren’t always easy for this self made artist. Growing up underprivileged, he didn’t fit into the crowd. It took a lot for the young musician to overcome his social anxiety disorder and mold his life into what it is now. Through perseverance, hard work, and faith, he has been able to create a world of opportunity and wealth for himself.

Best known for his song “LMFO,” with New Orleans rapper Kevin Gates, the industry knew from the gate that they had a gem on their hands. Following the success of his featured single, Rxchie dropped off his song “Love More” which has amassed nearly 9 million Soundcloud plays in three weeks. In addition, the single reached number 67 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Love More of Rxchie

His first single, “Love More,” was picked up by Radio Disney featuring upcoming artists. It garnered nearly 9 million Soundcloud listens in three weeks and reached number 67 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Rxchie has since performed at The House Of Blues, Bradley Center, and the Navy Pier, among other locations across the country. He has swiftly established himself as one of his generation’s most skilled and versatile actors. In 2020, the young singer garnered high praise and recognition for his song “Things Change.” At the time, the record received over 100 thousand views and has generated over 100 thousand streams on SoundCloud.

Rxchie is R&B’s Next Up

Rxchie has worked extremely hard to obtain his current level of accomplishment. He is an intriguing yet simple artist as he just sings. Rxchie’s lack of a full-time public persona is, in my opinion, one of his most lovable characteristics. Rxchie,21, is one of the most successful rising R&B crooner in recent years. Rxchie is turning up to be one of his genre’s defining acts of the decade, despite his frigid, muted musical approach, which values ambiance over climax.
