Ruling reversed by judge to dismiss lawsuit related to death of Botham Jean

A previous ruling related to the death of Botham Jean was reversed by a United States District Court judge. Judge Barbara Lynn has permitted the family of the victim to file one more lawsuit against the city, after one against Dallas has been dismissed in 2019. Jean was shot by Amber Guyger, who is an off-duty officer.
