Rising Miami Rapper T7 Unveils His Nostalgic New Single, “High School”

Miami native Tyrece Rogers comes from humble beginnings. His main goal out of high school was to keep his head down and maintain a low profile. Instead of getting in trouble, he focused on his passion for sports and creating music. As a senior, Tyrece would wear his football jersey embroidered with his lucky number 7. This soon became something of a brand mark amongst his crew and outer circle and is how he later became known as T7.

Fast forward to March 2021. T7 is one of the latest additions to the High Rollerz Entertainment roster.

T7s debut label release “My Moment” shed light on his true intentions. He voiced his aspirational goals to provide for himself and his mom. Promising better days to come. This gave new fans a taste of T7’s story, opening him up to a wider audience. This helped showcase his authenticity while invoking a sense of endearment in listeners. Making it easy for them to resonate with his story. Seven months later, T7 pens his most recent and exciting single to date High School. It hit streaming platforms on November 11th and racked up right around 40,000 streams in the first week.

“High School” picks up where he left off in his debut single. Coming back around to his previous manifestation for a taste of the good life. While also celebrating his recent growth and success. You’ll find lyrics such as “She fell in love with a dope boy” and “She should have played the long game”. Which references an ex-partner with disingenuous intentions and eyes set solely on materialism. While also hitting on how quickly his girl moved to another partner when T was unable to provide.

It’s a come-up story from an underdog. Someone many of us love to see win and something many of us can resonate with. “High School” by T7 comes in hot over a heavy hard-hitting 808 melody. The track touts T7’s signature voice.
