Rising Las Vegas Star, Teej Drops Off His Groovy New EP

Las Vegas rapper, Teej has been one of the fastest rising artists from Vegas in the past two years. Starting out as a So Cal transplant — like most of us — Teej clawed his way to be endeared by the local crowd, building a solid buzz behind his work. Taking things to the next level, the ascending crooner delivers his wavy new EP, 1080p.

Set to the themes of love, heartbreak, creative exploration and more, 1080p sounds like the soundtrack to a nostalgic 80s teen movie, made today. With songs like, “Fall”, you get to see the progression Teej has made as a vocalist, while on, “Secrets” he pairs up with ANJL & Sean Christian for a solid showcase of his lyricism.

But it’s the Will Stellar produced, “Rosecrans” that’s this project’s ace-in-the-hole. Taking all of the qualities that make him so likeable — charm, innocence, compassion, empathy — and dispersing of them equally over this pristine beat from Stellar, Teej creates what I believe could be his first hit record.
