Rising Arizona Rapper, Hotelroom Taps Lucki For Their Collaborative New EP

When you think of hotbeds for Hip-Hop talent, Tempe, Arizona is probably not at the top of the list. Despite this, the city has been producing some good music lately from artists like Lil Qwerty and Injurty Reserve. Another native who’s been making some noise is Hotelroom, who drops off his new collaborative EP with Lucki, Hell Never Mattered.

Clocking in at 4-tracks, the EP is very short, but also highly effective. Utilizing the popular feature, it would be easy for Hotelroom to allow Lucki to take lead and sort of piggyback off his clout. This wasn’t the case. Instead, Hotelroom gave a very convincing performance, obviously putting his all into each of the records.

The surprise, though, was the effort from Lucki. With Hotel being an up and coming artist from somewhere like Tempe, it could’ve been easy for Lucki to check out, and give a few half-assed features. Again, this wasn’t the case. Opting instead to give a fuck, Lucki delivers an inspiring performance, making fans who heard the project incredibly excited for his upcoming project.

Press play on, Hell Never Mattered below and be sure to get familiar with Tempe’s finest.
