Osbe Chill’s new project is a must listen

If you told me real rap doesn’t exist anymore, I would point you to Osbe Chill. The emerging rapper from Baldwin Village is one of my favorites coming out of the West Coast. A few months back, he released DAWGMA in which started the conversation of Album Of The Year. Little did we know, that was somewhat of the prequel to his new project Ball Game and I must say it’s honestly nothing this man cannot do. His talent is on a whole other level.

The 19-track project consists of absolutely no features. It’s not many artists who can create a whole project with NO features and murder every record. True hip hop fans will definitely be proud no matter what part of the world you live in. Genre-bending tracks, melodies, precision bars, and compelling story-telling. From the versatile production to Osbe’s songwriting skills, you will have more than half of the tracks on repeat. Among my favorites are “Glow” “Like I’m Suge” “MLK” and “Yea Yea.”

I’m going to continue to say it, stop sleeping on Osbe Chill and get with the program. Peep Ball Game below.
