Growing up, from about 7th-8th grade to be exact, Cleveland was damn near the center of the culture. Not only did you have the greatest player of all time building his resume, but you had some great artists surfacing from there as well. Two of those artists were Kid Cudi, who was maybe the biggest artist out at the time, and Chip Tha Ripper, FKA King Chip, who was next in line to take Ohio to new heights, and that they did. Hailing from the area as well, and bringing it full circle, Columbus rapper, NSFW ALEXANDER recruits Chip for the remix to his new single, “IMNOTSAFE!Remix.”
