LEGO has hired Lil Bit Saucy, a 12-year-old rapper, as its first kid creative director.
This rising star is all about creativity which is made clear by her newly assigned content creation role.
As the company’s first-ever kid creative director, Robyn, better known as Lil Bit Saucy will collaborate with nine other creatives through its Kids Creative Studio.
Both Robyn and LEGO announced the partnership through an Instagram post. According to Robyn’s post, as a kid creative director, she would be working closely with her mentors from LEGO and Universal Music Group to create content.
According to reports, the LEGO Kid Creative Studio was encouraged by the launch of LEGO VIDIYO, a music video-making experience that is designed to both celebrate and expand kids’ creativity and passion for music.
The LEGO Group received over 100 applications for the position of kid creative director, and Robyn was selected as one of the kids to represent LEGO and oversee the creative process.
Aside from her position as kid creative director, Robyn will also receive a $10,000 scholarship for future educational and creative endeavors.
The talented rapper Robyn has an endless list of opportunities thanks to her passion for music, including writing jingles for local businesses, attending virtual rap cypher workshops, and even rapping over popular Nicki Minaj beats.
