King Tahoe is heating up the summer with his newest track “Tell Me,” ft. RnBAaron and Yasii.
“Tell Me” is a steamy track produced by ChappTheRapstar and Ugly Marco that also came with a visual in which audiences can see King Tahoe begin to set the mood for a passionate rendezvous. At first audiences are shown various scenes of the East Oakland native throughout the home as he details all of the erotic things he envisions doing with his lover as he sings his only request of her:
“Tell me if you want me baby, matter fact, come here and show me lady,” he sings in the song.
As flirtatious as this plea from the singer could be taken, he shared in a recent interview just how serious it is too. “I’m huge on consent so if my partner wants me, I need them to ‘Tell Me,’” he said when explaining the sensuality of the song.
While the lyrics of the song are quite seductive, the 27-year old artist’s melodic voice is still able to convey the overall feelings of love and appreciation that he has for his partner even as much as he desires her physically.
When asked about what message he wants fans to take away from his music, King Tahoe replied “It’s okay to be yourself whatever that may be. You can be a slut, you can be a nerd, you can be a thug, you can be a King Tahoe fan, whatever you do, do that sh*t with a passion.”
