Inland Empire General, Noa James Delivers His Energetic New Project

When it comes to the underground Southern California scene, not many people garner more respect than Inland Empire rep, Noa James. Having been doing this for a long time, Noa has help to breakthrough the barriers that kept many talented cats from places like San Bernardino, Fontana and Riverside back from reaching their full potential. Putting his stamp on early 2019, he drops off his new project, The Majestic Travels of OrcaMane & OGIE.

Fully produced by Nuglife Productions, the consistency of the project is what makes it so enjoyable. From track one through eight, the story hardly deviates, and the music soundtracks the journey in full. Featuring guest stars like Cam Archer, Pretty Papes, Yoshi Vintage — who delivers maybe the best verse on the tape — and more, it would be easy for Noa to sit back and play conductor. Instead, he sets the tone each track, making for a high-octane ride to the finish that feels like you’ve been through war, and leaving you satisfied.
