G Herbo unveils new video “I Don’t Wanna Die”

Almost two hours before the release of G Herbo’s new project 25, he drops one final offering to get fans in the mood. The world premiere of Chicago rapper’s new song “I Don’t Wanna Die,” which reflects the struggles he fights every day. Herbo delivers his truth-filled words as he walks through his city in a brand new Child-directed video. 

As G Herbo explains, the new video was made with an intention to show the pain that comes with life on the street–a world that you aren’t likely to see in other music videos. According to him, “I Don’t Wanna Die” speaks of change. “This video shows a world of pain, suffering, and violence to show you how real my life really is and where I’m from. It’s not fun at all! That’s not a game! People are dying everywhere, so we need to all wake up and understand how lucky we are. “Life must be valued.” 

The big news about G Herbo these days is that it has a lot to celebrate. In addition to the new project release, he and his wife Taina welcomed their first child, Essex William Wright. As well as taking part in visuals, he has collaborated with Young Nudy on “2face” and With Tee Grizzley on “Bend Never Fold.”
