FabreJay Brings Life To Music On His “Currently-Listening” Playlist

Multi-talented artist FabreJay, continues to inspire and influence since the release of his catchy single “Birth” and the launch of his Kure Music Group. Naturally, FabreJay is a private person but this new creative outlet provides insight to his world and artistic realm.

Never missing an opportunity to entertain and put his fans on, he recently used his Instagram stories to share 12 TIDAL songs that he’s “currently listening” to. Although FabreJay rarely shares this type of content but many fans have voiced their enthusiasm for it. The playlist starts off with a smooth vibe, with Chick Corea’s “Essentials“. Unless you know it, he is generally considered to be one of the most talented and prolific composers of jazz. One of the biggest hits by Tupac called ‘All Eyez On Me‘ comes as runner up. Recently, the studio album celebrated its 25th year anniversary and was a fitting homage.

Also included on the playlist is Marc Anthony and J Balvin, bringing the diversity to the playlist. Fabrejay was also tuned into Prince’s Originals‘ album, which was only released in 2019 on Tidal. It features original demo versions of songs that the late great singer wrote for other artists.

The viral hip-hop anthem “Whoopty” was also on the list. On this song, CJ tried his hand at drill for the first time, and it quickly became a smash hit across the board. The entrepreneurial DJ, adds to the list “What It Feels Like” to keep the momentum up to date. This trendy new single was a long-awaited collaboration from Jay-Z and the late Nipsey Hussle off of the The Judas and the Black Messiah soundtrack album.

Coming up next is “Night and Day” by Frank Sinatra, from his 1956 album A Swingin’ Affair. Fabrejay also posted British popstar Dua Lipa’s latest song, “We Are Good”. Chris Brown and Young Thug’s mafia-inspired music video “City Girls.”Also featured on the DJ’s Instagram stories was the popular remix track “Teteo” by El Fecho RD and You R.
