Canadian Artist, Chris Goma Releases his Impressive Debut Single

In the age of the internet, Artist Development has taken a backseat. Instead, we find ourselves witnessing every step of the journey that an artist takes, from first recording to stardom, all because of DIY platforms like Audiomack and Soundcloud. This began the transition from not releasing music until you’ve developed, to developing step by step right before our eyes. For some, it’s been monumental, but for many, it’s definitely hurt. Taking this into accountability, Ontario, Canada native, Chris Goma releases his polished and accurate new debut single, “Show Me.”

Utilizing funky, groovy bass-lines, as well as other jazz-inspired sounds, “Show Me,” is an impressive vocal affair that finds Goma going back and forth with Geneva White. Showcasing vast vocal ranges, the duo make for a relaxing, though engaging record that tugs right at the heart. Focusing on the notion that, “showing is better than telling,” White and Goma highlight a chemistry that we hope is further explored in later tracks.
