Arizona Native, Young Nut Drops Off His Intriguing New Video

At first glance, an artist by the name of Young Nut will probably get overlooked by me initially. At second glance, I’d see he’s from Arizona, and still might keep it pushing. Triple checking my work as I always do, his biggest hit goes by the name of, “I Don’t Eat Ass”, my suspicions were right, this dude is weird.

And that whole initial paragraph is why our words shouldn’t make or break you, because Young Nut is now my favorite with his infectious new video for, “May I”.

Directed by Collin Miller, “May I” is an incredibly infectious song and visual that serves as the first single from Nut’s upcoming project. Kicking the track off, Nut’s first verse may take a second listen to comprehend, but after that, the journey gets crazy. After rapping through the beginning, Nut then flips the crazy production from tEChnician and Felix Herbst on it’s head and delivers what might be an early favorite for chorus of the year:

“May I have some coooooochie? May I have some cooooooooooochie girl?”

In a way, it’s really hard to describe the kind of talent that Young Nut is, and it’s almost harder to comprehend it, but the man is very entertaining. I even went back and played, “I Don’t Eat Ass”, and I was wrong about that one too. Fuck it.
