Producers build the foundation and create the sounds we hear behind our favorite music artists, commercials, films, tv shows and much more. It’s endless amounts of beats you can make but your creativity is what will make you different from your peers. Here on OnThaRizeMag we started a platform for producers called “Producer Kredits” that highlight the hard work and achievements that seem to go unnoticed. We pay attention to the artists but producers definitely do not get the credit they deserve. A lot of the times you find producers who are also artists and vice versa. The whole point is producers are important and they deserve their flowers also.

When Did You Start Producing? I started making beats in high school in my computer class on GarageBand ( 2011 ). In 2018 is when I started my journey as a music producer.

The first song I produced that gave me my buzz was “DEEBO” by CB & IzzyMoneyizzz mixed by Hermanata. The song later on managed to gain 5 million plus YouTube views in less than a year. You can find this song streaming on all platforms.
Second, is a album I produced along with a few collabs within my city ( shout out to teoilikethis & spaceonthebeat ). The album is called “First Supper” which is my and Eazymoney’s first solo album with a few features and collabs.
Third, Overall every project this artist comes with it’s always a bang. He has put me in positions to be able to have worked with legends in the music industry. His name is The Gatlin.

Gelato, Backwoods, Wiz khalifa (Kush and Orange Juice) On a more serious note, my biggest inspiration is my big bro Syknezs. Who is actually my mentor, I used to go to his house as a kid which was across the street at the time & just watch him work and learn. From there I went on to study different vibes which led me to be able to work with artist I grew up listening in middle school and high school. To think I was the kid in school at lunch banging on the table or pole for the rap sessions, now my city slaps some of the music I’ve produced.

What City Are You From? Trickey is from Los Angeles and Streets is from Carson. Our recording studio is located in Torrance, Ca.
When Did You Start Producing? Prior to the two meeting for the first time in 2007, Trickey made beats in college and sold them to students that were rapping. At the same time, Streets was learning how program a basic drum program. They were introduced to each other through Trickey’s cousin. Streets was amazed at how Trickey put beats together using a keyboard workstation and this inspired Streets to buy a keyboard and they’ve been working together since.
