Southern California Rapper, Swifty Blue Unleashes His Engaging New Single

In the last couple of years, it’s been nice to see Latino Rap start to take shape and develop it’s own identity. For a long time, Latino/Latina rappers were marginalized and often thrown into a, “Cholo” box with many people judging before they could even hear the music. This notion is starting to die, and artists like Radamiz, Rossi Rock, OhGeesy and more are breaking barriers. One of the guys that’s been doing this a while has been Paramount native, Swifty Blue, who checks into our pages with his brand new video for, “No Blue.”

Hailing from his upcoming album, Took Some Losses, “No Blue,” is a slowly tempo’d self-reflective record that sees Swifty pondering over many past events. Rhyming about past jail time, former transgressions and more, Swifty proves himself as a quality lyricist, showcasing an honest pen that’s strongly relatable.
