Buzzing East Atlanta Artist, Talley Unveils His Lavish New Video

It’s no secret anymore, Atlanta runs Hip-Hop. Sure, the labels and media offices might be largely in Los Angeles or New York, but the stars are coming from the South. One of those rising artists carving a lane of his own has been East Atlanta native, Talley. After releasing his project, Cap or Gown, he keeps the momentum going with his new video for, “Over & Above”.

Directed by CreedLife, the video mostly showcases Talley riding around Atlanta in a stylish, cherry red whip, and hanging out in what looks like an abandoned building with a brilliant shot of him in front of graffiti walls accompanied by crazy lights.

As for the record, it highlights Talley showcasing his infectious flow, effortlessly skating all over the production and making for a record that’s easily to run back. With the production matching Talley’s effort along with the visuals, “Over & Above” is without a doubt a video worth watching.z
