Over the course of the last 8, rising Las Vegas curator Sin City Thrilla has had an eventful year. After appearing on our site with his last single, the notable DJ has been seen everywhere around Las Vegas doing a handful of things, namely, holding down the music for the NBA’s Summer League sessions. Looking to keep the momentum going, he checks back into our pages with his smooth new single, “Slide.”

Produced by QUIXmadeit, “Slide,” is an engaging, emotionally charged record that features notable performances from featured vocalists, Teddy Crooklyn and Taibanz. Utilizing the ingenious combination of both infectious melodies and ample, yet calculated, space to get busy with them, Teddy and Taibanz do a great job of feeding off of one another, resulting in great chemistry. Probably the best example of this is when Teddy sets up the table on the hook, crooning about being a little faded and awaiting the opportunity to go visit a lover, for Taibanz to clean it all up in the ensuing verse, which is precisely when the listener is prompted to run it back.
