District 21 shares new project “No Static”

Calabasas artist District 21 has had a very successful year, releasing a handful of singles and visuals. Today he just released an outstanding new project, “No Static.” It’s a few artists that I feel are going to make it far in the music industry and District 21 is one of those. The time and patience he puts into his craft puts him on a whole other level. The project consists of 12 tracks, including “Hardly” produced by award winning producer DJ Mustard.
