Johnny Rocket New Music Is ‘High Speed’ and Octane!

DMV native Johnny Rocket enlists the likes of GG affiliate No Savage and 3OhBlack for his newest EP; ‘High Speed.’ Seven tracks of energetic sounds that are powered by Rocket’s creative puns and outstanding beat selection.

Our personal favorite are “Pressure” and “Tracking Numbers” featuring No Savage. Johnny is a gem from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that with the right moves can be a star. His past work is also quite impressive.

It’s the type of project that we can see really gain major traction for the rest of 2022. The versatility of the discorepgrahy is great as well.

Rocket’s catalog overall is fun and unique, he really has something special building up. We done some research and found some his amazing freestyles as well. A few singles caught our attention as well.

Specifically the emotional “Survive.” That single and corresponding visual highlighted stories of child sex trafficking to raise awareness; which led to accolades and a growing buzz towards his likeness. Also “Adderall,” which has a hilarious and dope parody of classic zombie survival flicks.

He has his gas on the pedal for 2022 which is why ‘High Speed’ is a perfect way for him to hit the ground running this year. You can find it and play it on all digital streaming platforms.
