Ohio Native Todd Zack Jr. Returns With His Reflective New Single, “Truthfully”

Over the last few years, rising artist Todd Zack Jr. has been gradually carving out his place in the music business. Having already established himself as a vocalist, he spent the last couple of years sharpening his talents as a producer, subsequently improving on his calling card, his songwriting abilities. The result has been some of the most structured music from him to date, which is impressive given how polished his music already was. Looking to further establish himself as an all-around artist to be reckoned with, he checks into our pages with his engaging new single, “Truthfully.”

Co-produced by Todd, Hype Alexander, Chris “Buddafly Wolf” Bivins and Cheap Limousine, the group does a wonderful job of setting the stage for Todd to express himself vocally. Utilizing multiple layers of synths, as well as infectious chord progression, Todd then provides a steady drum break to bring everything together. Crooning to a woman about never lying to her over the chorus, the Ohio vocalist gets a bit deeper throughout the verses as he explores exactly why he feels such a strong connection to her. Showcasing a steady control of his melodic choices and a strong vocal range, “Truthfully,” does a brilliant job of bringing together Todd’s talents under one roof.
