K. Johns Tha General Hits Melrose in His New Visual, “Mask Up”

K. Johns Tha General talks his shit as he posts up with the crew and blows some money in his new visual for his latest single, “Mask Up.”

K. Johns Tha General comes through with another dope anthem with his song, “Mask Up,” produced by Energy, talking his shit with witty one-liners and lyrical malice, and we are here for it. The Westmont, CA rapper hits the famous shopping district, Melrose Avenue, for some shopping, talking his shit, posting on the block, and chopping it up with his crew, as K. Johns Tha General asserts himself into why we should all be paying attention to what he has been cooking up lately, as he entrances his audience with his charisma and flair.

“Mask Up” opens with K. Johns Tha General and his entourage leaving one of the stores on Melrose, all rocking some dope fits, showing off their cash, swag, and chains, as he drops bars in the video and seen walking along Melrose Ave. The visual, “Mask Up,”  is filled with dope ariel shots, transitions, and distorted visual edits, as K. Johns flexes some cash before he boasts about his come up saying, “I’m an asshole, spent five bands on clothes, made it right back though.”

K. Johns Tha General delivers some of his best work to date, with his sensual, wittiness, and overall bars; he is proving himself as a top contender for an artist on the rise, as he draws people in with his gritty and distinct flow, making sure we hear him. K. Johns thinks of rap as a competition, or “a sport,” where he is always practicing honing his talents,  cooking up some heat, seen with his last project, Antisocial EP.

Be sure to tap in with K. Johns Tha General to see what he is up to next or when his next project is dropping, as he is gearing up to release his first-ever mixtape that he states will be his most refined work to date.

“This tape will be my best work yet with 10 songs and 5-6 features. I made about 30 songs to choose from. I am also going to release this tape exclusively as an NFT for only 10,000 will be created.”

K. Johns Tha General is sure going to be an artist to keep an eye on, especially with his most recent release, “Mask Up.”
