In a new video directed by Fredo and Headie One, they use “Wandsworth to Bullingdon” as their starting point

Fredo releases his latest record, Independence Day, this month, featuring 14 tracks with collaborators including Potter Payper, Clavish, Suspect, and Headie One who is featured on the tough track Wandsworth to Bullingdon named after the jails in South East London and Oxfordshire. The British stars show love for those behind the proverbial walls in the track as they explore street politics: 

Stream Fredo and Headie One rapping in different settings within the prison, including from a cell and in a hall surrounded by police and barbed wire, on the Honeywood Six and Chucks-produced track. Eventually, beautiful women in vans with high end threads arrive with an envoy of artists to change into. In typical cinematic fashion, they eventually escape during an apparent riot. 

The release of Independence Day will follow Fredo’s sophomore album Money Can’t Buy Happiness, which was released back in January. RCA will likely be the last label to release Fredo’s works as part of their catalog. There were 11 tracks on that project, and contributions were provided by Pop Smoke, Dave, Summer Walker, and Young Adz.
