Just Malsz and Casket D Give Fans “The Ingredients”

Just Malsz, a Yonkers-based indie artist, has released a new video for his song “The Ingredients,” featuring Casket D. The visual kicks off with him spitting bars in a low rider.  Setting the tone of the rest of the visual in just the opening scene. Also, there are a few short cameos with his son that add to the visual appeal.

The Ingredients

We get a glimpse of Just Malsz’s creativity as they set up shop in the laundry room. This multi-talented emcee continues to demonstrate his versatility by creating the whole treatment for this visual.

On the other hand, the soulful beat is a real head turner. Paired with upbeat lyrics that inspire you to do your best. Malsz’s distinct sound and motivational lyrics are influenced by his childhood, life experiences, and desire to positively impact society.

Malsz creates music to act as a voice of reason and inspiration to people of all ages. He gives us a quick rundown of the creative process:

In Just Malsz’s Words…

“I started writing and happened to be in my kitchen while I was writing this song. I had taken a break from writing and opened my cabinets and “the ingredients” just came to me. A majority of my songs are titled that way. I usually write and title my songs midway allowing the title to present itself. That then gives me a full direction for the rest of the track. I correlated life to a meal and all your experiences being ingredients to the recipe of your desired meal (success). Most people have the ingredients already; they just don’t know the proper measurements and some people let their ingredients expire.”
