Sanity Menon & DAN-GANJA Team Up For Their Jazzy New EP, ‘Same Difference’

The music industry is the one area where the more hats you where, the more valuable you are to the overall goal. Knowing this, we’ve seen plenty of artists over the years transition into executive and management roles, in order to ensure that not only they get their just due, but also those around them. Coming from Paramount, California, rising producer DAN-GANJA is one of those artists. After establishing himself creatively, he started the RICH MIND$ collective where he also manages other artists. One of those guys is So Cal lyricist, Sanity Menon, who teams up with DAN-GANJA for their new EP, Same Difference.

Closing out at 24-minutes, the 7-track EP isn’t very long, but is perfectly suited for quick, engaging listen. One of the immediate things that stick out about the project is the fact that both of the artists know their role very well. Sanity is used as the mouth piece, showcasing his lyrical prowess all through the project, while GANJA plays conductor as he layers the rhymes with pristine production. With only two features, the project serves as an example of the chemistry that the duo has when creating music. Standouts include, “Thinkin’,” “Losin’ Focus,” and “Ringin’ in My Ear,” which was included to Apple Music’s ‘New in Hip-Hop’ playlist.
