Killio Releases Lively New Video For “Zombie”
Killio wrapped up 2020 by dropping the visual for “Zombie,” a track off of his latest mixtape “Youngest in Charge.” On New Years Eve the up-and-coming rapper dropped the visuals for “Zombie,” ending the year on a high note. The video was shot by RoadRunnerNation and Remi Shots and edited by Carson Deeds. In the video the rapper is seen chilling outside of a local liquor store, smoking, and showing off his pounds of weed. “Zombie” was produced by Matt Brick$ and is a track about the LA rapper’s hustle. “I was stuck up in the gutter now I’m coming up. Had to go and get a ‘p’ make it double up,” he spits.
Killio is from the West Adams district of Southern California and had great momentum all 2020, dropping two projects in one year. The song is featured on the rapper’s latest mixtape, “Youngest in Charge,” which was released mid December. The 16 track project is an embodiment of LA and its new emerging sound.
