Ohio police chief asks to terminate police who killed Andre Hill

According to the chief of the Ohio Police Department, the police officer who shot and killed Andre Maurice Hill must be terminated. A video statement was released by Chief Thomas Quinlan, wherein he informed viewers that Officer Adam Coy is to face charges of critical misconduct.
