25 Producers You Should Know (PT. 3)

Producers build the foundation and create the sounds we hear behind our favorite music artists, commercials, films, tv shows and much more. It’s endless amounts of beats you can make but your creativity is what will make you different from your peers. Here on OnThaRizeMag we started a platform for producers called “Producer Kredits” that highlight the hard work and achievements that seem to go unnoticed. We pay attention to the artists but producers definitely do not get the credit they deserve. A lot of the times you find producers who are also artists and vice versa. The whole point is producers are important and they deserve their flowers also.

We are back with Part 3 of 25 Producers You Should Know. Get familiar with the many talented producers below.

When I was 16 one of my football teammates showed me a beat he made and said he made it in FL Studio. I downloaded and never use it until my internet went out and I couldn’t play Runescape online. So I looked up a YouTube tutorial on my phone how to make a beat then posted it on Facebook and got a lot of support so I kept going.

What Made You Get Into Producing? Listening to a lot of different genres and being a musician from a young age made me want to produce and engineer my own music. I was always involved in music and loved learning, listening and being around anything music related. I would listen to a lot of metal, old school rock, alternative, indie, etc and slowly made my way into hip-hop, R&B, trap, neo-soul, etc. From that point on i learned to how to play the guitar and a few other instruments as well. Music has always been there for me and has helped me through a lot so whenever i make music try to be as vulnerable and real as possible because every song can tell a story or remind you of a certain time where you felt good.
