Sean Ev Did Not Disappoint On New Project, ‘The Art Of Dedication’
We have watched Los Angeles native Sean Ev grow over his last couple of projects and he continues to make a statement, especially on his newly released body of work, The Art Of Dedication. On Google, the definition of dedication states, “the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose.” That’s exactly the viewpoint you will probably pick up after you take a listen to this project.
“At 22 I am a graduate / I been the shit, oh yes ma’am I’m very humbled / I’m forever him,” Sean spits in his most confident state on the opening song “Forever Him.” At 9-tracks in length, the head-nodding tracks tell a piece of the pie in Sean Ev’s life and why he deserves to be at the top. He will not settle, and it’s two things we know fasure – his work ethic and noteworthy pen game. “Been That” and “Effortless” featuring Phats & Bacwoodology are among my favorites. With no signs of slowing down, it’s time to get hip to the rising West Coast rapper.
