Acclaimed British-Nigerian singer-songwriter Shaé Universe has been honored with a nomination for Best R&B/Soul Act at the prestigious 2025 MOBO Awards. The ceremony is set to take place on February 18, 2025, at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle, England.

Shaé Universe, renowned for her unique blend of R&B, soul, and Afrobeat influences, has captivated audiences with her soulful voice and innovative sound. Her recent concept album, ‘Love’s Letter’, delves into the ten messages love might send through life’s journey, showcasing her artistic depth and versatility.

The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin) celebrate excellence in music of Black origin across various genres. Shaé Universe’s nomination places her among an elite group of artists recognized for their significant contributions to the music industry.

In addition to her nomination, Shaé Universe is slated to perform as part of a special R&B medley during the awards ceremony.
